Contract note

Upload one broker contract note PDF for one portfolio. Wealth Plus opens it (password and all), reads the trades and charges, checks them against the note's own totals, and saves them after you look them over.

Upload a contract note

1. Open Trades > Contract note and choose the portfolio.
2. Choose the PDF. Leave the password empty: Wealth Plus tries the broker's rule and the usual ones built from the portfolio's PAN, date of birth and client code. Type it only if it is unusual.
3. Click Upload. The check screen shows the trades as Ready, Duplicate or Error, and any warnings about the note.
4. Click Save. Every trade is linked to the note, and the note's details page opens.

You may have picked the wrong portfolio. Cancel and choose the right one.

This note number is already imported

It was uploaded before, maybe as a different file. Its trades show as duplicates and are skipped.

Purchase, sale, brokerage, STT or net amount doesn't match the trades

A line may not have been read. Compare with the PDF before saving, and tell us which broker it was.

"You uploaded this same file on …"

The exact file was imported before, by the person and date shown. Tick read the same file again only if you mean to.

The contract notes list

Under the upload form, every upload is listed with what happened, whether or not it was saved. Filter it, export it to Excel, or open a note to see the file, the password kind that worked, the printed totals and the trades saved, and to download the PDF as uploaded.
