Activity log
A record of every sign-in, every change to client data, every action and every download. Use it to answer "who changed this trade?" or "who downloaded this client's statement?". Nobody can edit or delete it.
What is recorded
| Kind | What you see |

| Sign-ins | Signed in, wrong password, locked, blocked, signed out, with IP and browser. |
| Changes | Trades, income, portfolios, families, firms and logins: who, when, and the old and new value of every changed field. |
| Actions | Every save, approve, reject, delete, upload, password reset and unlock, with the result ("Done" or "Not saved: reason"). |
| Downloads | Every PDF, Excel and CSV: which report, which portfolio or family, which period. |
Passwords are never recorded; a password change shows as "Password: (hidden)".
Find something
- Open Activity log.
- Set the dates and the kind (sign-ins, changes, actions, downloads).
- Narrow by family, portfolio or the person who did it, or type in the search box.
- Export CSV downloads what you see, with the same filters.
Newest entries come first, 100 to a page.
What each login sees
| Firm | Everything of its own firm. Names, and the IP of its own staff and clients. |
| Family Head | Own sign-ins, actions and downloads, and changes to the family's portfolios. Other people are shown only by their role, without a name or IP. |
| Own portfolio login | The same, for its own portfolio. |
A change made directly in the database shows as "Direct database change". Entries are kept for 36 months.
