Company pages
Every listed company has a page with its price chart, market cap, shareholding pattern, announcements and corporate actions, so you can see what is happening with a company you hold without leaving Wealth Plus.
Find a company
- Open Reports > Companies and search by name, NSE symbol, BSE code or ISIN. Filter by size: large, mid or small.
- Or click a company name in the holdings dashboard or the Trades list.
The company page
| Part | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Key figures | Latest close, market cap and its rank, shares, 52-week range and promoter holding. |
| Price movement | Daily closing price for 1 week to all years, with the change, high and low for the period. Adjusted for bonus / split is on by default, so a bonus doesn't look like a fall; untick it to see prices as traded. |
| Shareholding pattern | Promoter, public and other holders by quarter, and the categories as filed. |
| Announcements | Everything the company filed on NSE and BSE: results, board meetings, dividends, AGM and more. Filter by exchange or category, search, and open the filing's PDF. |
| Corporate actions | Dividends, bonuses, splits and other actions of the last five years. |
Where the figures come from
Prices, market cap, shareholding filings and announcements are collected from NSE and BSE every evening. Market cap is the exchange's own figure; for a company listed only on BSE it is worked out from the price and shares, and marked calc. Size bands are by rank on the day: the top 100 large, the next 150 mid, the rest small.
- No price chart
- The company may be newly listed, suspended or only on an exchange whose prices aren't loaded for it yet.
- The same announcement twice
- Companies listed on both exchanges file it on each. Use the NSE or BSE button to see one.
